What are the rental requirements for private
customers?
To
rent a vehicle as a private individual, you must present a valid ID card or
passport, a driver’s license, and a payment card issued in the same name as the
driver.
How do I reserve a car?
You
can book a car easily by completing our online reservation form. After
submitting it, we will contact you to confirm your booking.

How can I make a payment?
Rental
fees are paid in advance upon vehicle pick-up, either in cash or by payment
card.

What is the security deposit?

in the same condition. Fuel costs are covered by the renter.
Can I use the vehicle abroad?
Yes,
our vehicles can be driven throughout the European Union, except for countries
specified in our rental conditions. Fees may apply.
What happens if I receive a fine?
If
you are issued a fine during the rental period, it must be paid directly by
you.
If
we receive a police notice by mail after your rental, the full amount will be
charged to the renter listed in the contract at the time of the violation.
